You would be working in a ship repair yard on various Oil & Gas/maritime projects in the region. Key Requirements Responsibilities of the Project Leader include: *Produce project plans, coordinate project resources and communicate with stakeholders whilst maintaining project quality, cost and turnaround of a project. *Manage the project team and delegate responsibilities *Implement and follow HSE regulations *Occupy responsibility for commercial considerations such as budget control, tender reviews and departmental financial evaluations *Carry out technical reviews to manage performance on key project deliverables within specified deadlines. Skills required for Project Leader: *10 years experience *Degree qualified or equivalent *Undergone training in TU/HTS Shipbuilding, Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and completed a course in management / leadership *Experience in onshore and offshore ship repair/construction/maintenance *Good knowledge of English Job Description Project Leader - Naval Architecture - The Netherlands (contract assignment) Leap29 are urgently seeking a Project Leader for a client based in the Rotterdam region of The Netherlands.
