We are seeking a process driven, detail oriented, bilingual French / English HRIS Coordinator & Administrator to support offices in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Reporting to the HRIS Corporate Manager, you will be responsible for: Promoting the use of HR technology systems by serving as the regional expert through design and delivery of training and implementation initiatives throughout the EMEA region
Key Requirements
The Requirements: 3+ years experience within the HR discipline with at least 2 years focus on HRIS and e-recruitment tools. University level studies or equivalent education in the area of Business or Management, or Computer Information Systems Strong sense of initiative, follow through, and the ability to work independently Analytically minded, with strong problem solving and project management skills Organized and structured with the ability to multi task effectively and possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Experience designing and implementing training and using ETWeb Enterprise a plus 30 - 35% international travel within the EMEA region for training and implementation project work plus a few week training program in Switzerland Fluency in French and English with an international outlook and the ability to adapt to other cultures is a must
Job Description
Maintaining data quality and accuracy as well as administering and supporting internal users with the global HRIS (ETWeb) system. Managing small scale projects in conjunction with HRIS Systems international team and Manager Reporting regional statistics using HRIS and e-recruitment tools to allow efficient use of employee data for management Monitoring the HRIS system and all interfaces within the region to ensure proper functioning as well as being a point of contact
