On behalf of a multinational fastfood client we are seeking a Manager - Equipment Technical Services. This position will be based in their head office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will report to the Director - Equipment.
Responsible for supervising, planning, and managing all activities and processes within the Equipment Technical Services Division and ensure that the entire activities are within the corporation's overall directions and strategies.
Supervise, plan, and manage all the activities and processes within the Equipment Technical Services Division including installation, commissioning, maintenance, consumable spare parts management and technical training.
Ensure all activities undertaken by Equipment Technical Service are aligned with company policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit equipment inspection schedules to technicians, then follow-up on their progress.
Supervise and monitor the regular inspection of company s stores equipment, utilities and facilities, in addition to reviewing all equipment warranties and terms and conditions.
Review and approve maintenance work orders performed by service providers, in addition to approving technicians' maintenance work orders related to consumable spare parts.
Supervise and monitor the overall store equipment performance and report any deviations to Head of Equipment.
Schedule and manage the technical training programs to Operations personnel and service providers' staff.
Manage the Interior Design installation process and maintenance in accordance with company quality standards.
Contact the Middle East Head Office for critical technical related issues of kitchen equipment.
Ensure that the Corporation's directives and objectives are constantly adhered to in the planning and execution of all Technical Services activities.
Recommend to the Divisional Head on matters relating to recruitment, termination and promotion of staff.
