This position will be based in Erbil-IraqIraqReports into ME office (Dubai), with dotted line to head office in UKDutiesIn response to tenders, design and document RF and microwave solutions for customersSupport pre-sales activities and team as requiredRepresent company to customer representatives and attend meetings as neededManage local office and team as requiredSource local contractors as required and monitor performanceSource equipment locally as requiredBe able to specify, design and support significant scale RF and microwave solutionsBe familiar with project planning and delivery basicsBe able to troubleshoot and support multiple RF circuits simultaneouslyBe able to troubleshoot and perform basic IP voicedata network activitiesBe able to design basic support and troubleshooting protocols that other members of team can followWork with ME office to regularly review current RF and microwave networks and propose improvementsCharacterpersonalitySelf starter with ability to manage own time and workloadPunctual and reliable, with good communication skillsAble to work remotely with minor oversight from Dubai officeComfortable with short deadlines, works well under pressureAble to be flexible with working patternsAble to integrate easily and well into a fast-paced and dynamic teamBelieve in the importance of good service to customers
