1.Define technically the job by reviewing the customer's requirements and specifications.
2.Convey at the earliest, actual technical feasibility with regard to customer expectations as per the guidance of immediate superior.
3.Implement tailor-made solutions that stick the closest to the needs while working towards optimising company's existing standard supply.
4.Draft technical clarifications requested from customer, Projects Department, Manufacturing & Logistics or draftsmen in consultation with immediate superior.
5.Drafting the job technical data, single line diagram, panel layout, civil work guide and schematic by using computer aided system.
6.Review and assess suppliers ability to comply with our specifications, in coordination with Logistics. Check thoroughly suppliers acknowledgment of EPS order.
7.Prepare and issue the latest updated technical information to the concerned section (Mechanical Section, Project Department, Manufacturing & Logistics).
8.Participate in technical meetings with POM or customer.
9.Prepare BOM for the job.
10.Prepare production file with applicable checklist.
11.Prepare and issue job based fabrication file request to mechanical section.
12.Effective use of design tools like Elecdes, Autocad etc.
