Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents. Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans. 2. Control bids and awarding criteria to sub contractors. 3. At least 5 years of experience in supervision of construction projects 4. Previous experience in interior work or steel structure work is a plus.
