1. 1.Job Purpose.
Ensure that the filling line efficiency at the customer site is maximized, considering the commercial conditions.

2. Reporting Relationships.
Technical Manager/Site Manager

3. Principal Responsibilities/Key Result Areas. Define the responsibilities of the job
1 Responsible for the inspection, repair, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting at the customer site.

2 Write the technical reports and record any customer complaints and forwarding to the responsible department.

3 Support of the customer staff regarding technical problems.

4 Ordering of spare parts when required with customer approval.

5 Installation of modifications when required.

6 Leading of the personnel at the site when required.

7 If required installation of filling line.
