Our client is a rapidly growing Engineering business within the oil & gas sector that operates across the North Sea region and specializes in offshore projects (from the office). Key Requirements As a lead electrical engineer you would be responsible for the following: * Planning and progress of electrical issues * Setting up one-lines * load calculation * Establishing cable diameters * Identifying potential short-circuit risks * Drawing up specifications and data sheets * Guiding the designers for electrical installation work Required experience: * Experience of the responsibilities above that will be what the job entails * A degree in electrical engineering * Experience working on offshore projects * Software knowledge of Vision, Kabel++, Smartplant E and MS Office * English speaking (Advantage to speak Dutch and German also) * Minimum of 5 years industry experience in the oil and gas/ renewable energy industries.
