As an international operator they have multiple opportunities and great prospects for career development. The successful candidate will have onshore experience and will be available to work on a 28/28 rotational basis in Kazakhstan. Reporting to the Head of Drilling Operation you will be required to provide support for all well construction and workover activities and responsible for the following: *Prepare operational drilling programs *Oversee daily drilling performance *Liaise with the rig contractor and service companies *Technical & financial evaluation *Assist in the preparation of tenders *EOWR Main requirements: *15+years industry experience *5+years onshore Drilling Superintendent experience *Strong background of well planning, casing design *Engineering degree *Proficiency in written and spoken English In return my client offers highly an attractive basic salary along with the social package in compliance with company policy.
