Planning Engineer Job Apr 18th 2012, 15:11 -Preparing the Project Master Plan. - To connect the various activities together in a logical sequence those closely match the engineering sequence. - Identifying the critical activity and problem area in advance in order to ensure effective action. - Preparing the projects weekly and monthly reports regarding actual versus planned and forecast its effects on project overall completion as well as cost versus budget. - Prepare Schedule of Submittals - To update the program at regular intervals based on the progress of the project, viz, approximate completion date, percent complete in terms of duration or resources, critical activities, flow value of each activities, the manpower analysis report, etc. - To be well presented at all times and constantly work in the best interest of the company.
