Main Purpose of Job :
• Assistance in operation
o Reporting
o Complaints (call center)
o Check the good implementation of the standard
o Integration of facilities management requirements
o Manage and deliver the budget
• Set standards and procedures for operation
• Uniform the operation between business units
• Assist the managers for new staff requirement
• Optimize purchases and contracts between operation units
• Mobilize and integrate new client contracts
Key Responsibilities :
• Deliver customers expectation
• Ensure that our clients receive standard of services
• Set the standards for each part of the operation and ensuring that this standard are maintained
• Deploy Leadership and team spirit
• Follow of the recruitment and retention of staff
• Develop and implement tanning programs
• Advise on pricing (sales and purchases) policies and ensure each service is run cost efficiency
• Develop a benchmark database from our existing operation (energies & facilities)
• Assist the Technical and Operation Director on his duty
