Our client, a world's leading chemical company, is currently seeking a Technical Coordinator . You will be reporting directly to the Sr QC Chemist Chemist and partial reporting to Technical manager Forward all request that he receives to the Laboratory Supervisor for priority tasking pertaining to laboratory work requested by any other individual or Department Managers. Responsible for the daily recording and up keeping of quality control and quality assurance in SAP concerning all products manufactured and traded within the company in Saudi Brief the Laboratory Supervisor prior to leaving on all results obtained with respect to ITP. Plan and coordinate assigned task in ensuring that the day to day operations in the laboratory is carried out efficiently and the deadlines met. Attend all training and seminars conducted by the Technical Department directly relating to work unless other wise noted or agreed upon with superior. Notify the Laboratory Supervisor should there arise any discrepancies relating to data entry in SAP before attempting to make corrections. Assist the Laboratory Supervisor on matters directly relating work function task with respect to Quality Control procedures and environmental issues within the laboratory as requested by ISO for ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 in accordance with the companies objectives and targets. Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) with respect to and is not limited to data recording. Responsible for any other duties assigned by the laboratory supervisor. Assist the Technical Manager on all quality,ISO 9001 and company EHSQ environmental related issues.
