Senior Surveyor Job - Urban Development & Studies Center Apr 15th 2012, 12:12 REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: ●Diploma in Surveying. ●Computer literate. ●Can communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. ●Knowledge of modern and complex principles and practices of land surveying. ●Knowledge of the principles of mathematics as applied to survey activities. ●5 years relevant work experience. PURPOSE: To supervise in the work of staff responsible for performing location, topographic, property, right-of-way and other special surveying functions. INTERNAL / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS: ●Internally with Project Management in line with the requirements of IMS and PMM. ●Externally with the Client and Consultants representatives. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS / FEATURES: ●Ability to supervise, organize and review the work of lower level staff. ●Can read and interpret engineering plans, drawings, specifications, maps and legal descriptions.
