Prepare the quarterly & yearly Business Plan.
- Identify projects opportunities by using different means.
- Conduct Market survey analysis
- Identify & select customers
- Be main interface with the clients during the proposal phase.
- Identify candidates for partnership & prepare agreements with local contractors
- Seek potential investors for joint ventures, developers, etc…
- Ensure internal work is done according to customer expectations.
- Generate business leads.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Present and sell company products, solutions and services to current and potential clients.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Negotiate contract terms.
- Prepare presentations, follow-up proposals and sales contracts.
- Meet regular sales targets.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new project and project service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Develop and implement special sales activities.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
