Job title: Deputy Drilling Manager Location: Russia/ Sakhalin Salary: from $ 8000 pm My Client is looking for a Deputy Senior Drilling Manager to join their team of professionals. You will take on the responsibility for all drilling and operations for the company's assets and ensure timely delivery of their objectives. The Client is an international operator working in a JV with a Russian Oil Company. The successful candidate will directly report to Head of well Delivery and responsible for the following: *Manage all stages of Wells' Life *Supervise & Challenge well design engineers *Manage in a Western Style Environment *Lead the Delivery of the Wells *Technical Expert and overall accountability of Drilling and Production Main requirements: *HSE Standards & Requirement *Minimum 12 years industry experience *Well Construction & Workover *Well Engineering Design *Well Engineering Operations *Completions Engineering & Well Services *Contracts & Procurement Negotiations *Project Management *Fluency in Russian &English In return you will have competitive basic salary plus full package, benefits and housing allowance.
