Developing and deploying training programs to clients cover topics such as Quality, Performance, Health & Safety and Accredited Auditor Development Training. We are seeking an internationally minded, senior level professional with proven training development and deployment expertise. Key Requirements Undergraduate Degree preferably in Business, HR, or an Educational field, Masters level preferred. 5+ years experience managing professional training business with a successful track record in managing multinational projects. Ability to lead and motivate towards shared objectives working with all levels of management, consultants, and clients Experience coaching and training team members within an international environment Highly developed presentation experience coupled with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Results driven with strong organizational skills and flexibility International travel required internally and to client site (25-30%) Fluent English plus any additional language a plus Job Description Reporting to the Vice President of Services Certification based in Europe, you will be responsible for: Developing the global training business by defining the strategy and action plans to accelerate growth, better integrate training and establish a strong network of training capabilities Leading the creation of new training courses (internally and externally) to including partnering with marketing for commercial concept and implementation as well as with Technical Product Management for roll-out and delivery Identifying and proposing suitable strategic 3rd party training partners and working closely with key stakeholders, such as Training Specialists, Regional and Global Managers, IT, and Legal.
