They have an urgent, Senior Level requirement for a Construction Group Manager to be employed by their Dubai office. Key Requirements The ideal Construction Group Manager will have at least 15 years experience in construction operations and will hold a Bachelors Degree (preferably in an Engineering discipline). Job Description Dubai, UAE My client is an International Engineering Consultancy who has offices throughout the MENA Region. They have an urgent, Senior Level requirement for a Construction Group Manager to be employed by their Dubai office. The Construction Group Manager will be expected to implement approved programs, processes, systems, procedures and the risk assessment methodology adapted to the size and complexity of the work being performed. Key responsibilities of the Construction Group Manager will be: *Working with their respective Directors to assign, develop, train, mentor and recruit resources for the scope of services performed *Direct preparation of and review project construction execution plans *Control and be accountable for their respective OH budget and cost and take corrective action as necessary *Provide oversight during construction on all assigned construction projects *Ensure that all construction operations on each project site comply with the applicable Safety Manuals and the Firm's safety and health program and policies *Provide construction support to Project Executives and Project Managers The ideal Construction Group Manager will have at least 15 years experience in construction operations and will hold a Bachelors Degree (preferably in an Engineering discipline).
