We are currently on the look for an experienced Program Manager to manage the newly established Self Service Filling Station Program. Said Program is aimed at converting the existing full service Filling Station to self service and at establishing new self service Filling Stations from the ground up. The future Program Manager is expected to have 15 years of professional experience with minimum 7 years of experience in managing major projects and programs in downstream Oil & Gas sector (preferably fuel distribution). The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the retail fuel sales business. He should be knowledgeable in IT automation systems supporting said business, including (but not limited to) (i) a thorough understanding of Site based as well as Head Office based hardware and software system components; (ii) exposure to Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology and its application in vehicle identification; (iii) knowledge of CRIND and OPT devices and understanding of various automated payment methods realized through those devices (Bank Cards, Smart Cards, cash). The candidate should be well versed with business re-engineering, HSE as well as legal issues related to converting the retail Filling Stations from full to self service. Finally, experience in designing and conducting sales and marketing campaigns for retail Filling Station customers is highly desirable. In terms of academic qualifications the future Program Manager is expected to have a degree in Business Administration with additional degree in IT or Engineering a distinct advantage together with knowledge of PMBOK Program and Project Management methodology evidenced by appropriate certification from PMI.'
