Process Engineer - Production & Manufacturing Job Jun 17th 2012, 11:14 • Develop plant processes and instructional sheets. • Participate in designing and building production equipment tools and accessories. • Conduct time studies to improve the cycle time and optimize the processes. • Integrate work plans with Quality department to ensure ultimate process to produce ultimate parts with high quality standards. • Ensure processes are compatible to the environmental safety standards. • Participate in commissioning new and upgraded equipments. • Assess processes to ensure the adequacy of engineering equipment. • Apply engineering methods such as durability and feasibility tests for new and upgraded designs and processes. • Trouble-shoot plant issues and concerns. • Lead the responsibilities of Risk Assessment. • Conduct process development experiments. • Review and monitor ongoing performance of processes and machines and coordinate maintenance schedule.
