Jun 4th 2012, 08:24 Direct Hire Oil & Gas Industry Minimum Requirement: Degree in Electrical Engineer with minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry. Experience in conducting OJT Training. Must be computer literate. Role: To prepare relevant training schedules based on the actual needs of the operational requirements and personal development plans to fulfil organizational objectives by effective employee development. Manage and update OJT information, arrange the learning resources or documents such as training material, operation manuals, technical drawings, operation/technical procedures etc. that are required by the trainees in order to ensure successful execution of training programs. To provide individual OJT to the operators, technicians and engineering trainees in the field, when required, or as requested by the OJT mentor in order to overcome any noted problem areas. To develop and administer theoretical and practical assessment tests for operators, technicians and engineering trainees to ensure their OJT activities achieve the desired training requirements.
