Our client are currently working on a numnber of project for high profile clients and need the assistance of a Lead Pre-Commissioning Engineer with experience of pipeline and umbilical pre-commissioning. Key Requirements Pre-commissioning experience- umbilical and pipeline. Job Description Leap29 are working with a leading provider of subsea pre-commissioning services, with offices in Stavanger, Norway. Our client are currently working on a numnber of project for high profile clients and need the assistance of a Lead Pre-Commissioning Engineer with experience of pipeline and umbilical pre-commissioning. This contract is for 12 months with the likely option for extension. 1.Reporting. Lead Engineer reports to Project Manager. 2.Responsibility and jurisdiction. a)Lead Engineer is responsible for the preparation of operational procedures during the engineering phases. b)Lead Engineer is responsible for the direct control of all onshore engineering support activities, effective project completion and initiating any contingency procedures that may be required during offshore works. c)Lead Engineer is responsible for ensuring routines for procedures and the QHSE system are implemented and adhered to. d)Lead Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the operational requirements are met. e)Lead Engineer is responsible for control of the preparation and production of project procedures ensuring the implementation of procedures by nominate representatives; and that any data gathered is in an accurate format for later submission to the Contractor. f)Lead Engineer shall be included on all correspondence related to the project. g)Lead Engineer shall have control of site establishment and ensure that equipment and plans are fit for purpose. h)Lead Engineer is responsible for ensuring operational directives are completed. i)Lead Engineer is responsible for ensuring that full records of operations are generated, maintained and compiled for submission after completed operations.
