A position is vacant for a Flotel Project Manager who will manage the intake process and operation phase of the flotel at SNA and perform Project planning in SNA HAP. The flotel project manager will be located in Stavanger. Key Requirements University degree (MSc / BSc, or equivalent), Background/previous experience in same position is an advantage, Exprience as project planner. Job Description Assignment title: PROJECT MANAGER FLOTEL Contract Period: Start: 25.05.2012 End: 25.05.2014 Option to extend by 8 months. Role introduction: D&W DWF MOBU is responsible for the intake of flotels and drilling rigs and operation support of Flotels on behalf of the license. A position is vacant for a Flotel Project Manager who will manage the intake process and operation phase of the flotel at SNA and perform Project planning in SNA HAP. The flotel project manager will be located in Stavanger. Project Manager tasks General: * Keep high HSE-Q awareness and safeguard HSE during intake of rigs/ flotels and operations of the flotels * Keep up to date according to Governing Documentation and current legislation and regulations * Ensure the flotel intake and operation is within the Contract intention The main deliveries from the Flotel Project Manager will be: * Establish the project team * Be responsible for Contract management including meetings with Contractor * Be responsible for all preparation to make vessel, Contractor and Company ready to commence as planned including verification of governing system * Evaluate and plan modification/upgrading activities on flotel and Platform * Project management for following up and verification of analysis which is part of the Application for Consent (AoC) application (technical safety , etc.) * Write and seek approval for a Project handbook from the Steering Committee / Line organization * Write and seek approval for the Application for Consent draft * Ensure that required documentations are prepared, such as the Emergency and Operational Bridging documents, Platform TRA sensitivity with the flotel . * Ensure that required HAZID and Table Top have been performed and that the findings are followed up. * Assist the Platform/ Project in establishing a Company Representative offshore * Monthly reporting to the Steering Committee / Client Project management * Contribute to close co-operation between the flotel intake group, flotel owner, Platform and the Client Project * Follow up invoices and ensure cost control * Ensure that deviations are registered and approved in DISP. * Be part of the client project management team (if applicable) and manage the defined interfaces * Be part of the flotel intake group in MOBU, perform planning for SNA HAP 2014. Competence requirements: University degree (MSc / BSc, or equivalent). Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education. Background/previous experience in same position is an advantage. Exprience as project planner.
