**Principal Resource Geologist, Global Mining Consultancy, Perth - Western Australia** My client is a leading mining consultancy with many offices worldwide and is looking for a Principal Resource Geologist to lead the Perth resource team. You will have the chance to work alongside some of the best industry leaders on numerous large projects. Specialist skills required * Diverse geological experience in exploration, underground and open cut operations and geological interpretation in metalliferous environments. * Strong experience and capability of carrying out resource estimations, reviews and due diligence. * Experience in Geostatistical estimation techniques. * Experience with resource estimation (preference for Datamine/Vulcan) and geostatistical software. Qualifications required * Degree in geology with a minimum of 15 years of sound geological and resource estimation experience. * Postgraduate qualifications in geostatistics desirable. * Membership of an appropriate professional society A competitive salary package including substantial bonus is on offer plus a good work-life balance and family friendly environment.
