MOSCOW--Norway's Statoil ASA (STO) may leave the international consortium that is to develop the Shtokman liquefied natural gas offshore project in the Russian Barents Sea and may be replaced by Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA), Kommersant daily reports.
