Position Summary
Here at Covidien, we've got a perfect opportunity for Technical Service Supervisor TMEA(Turkey, Middle East and Africa) aiming to fill a high-visibility role that offers plenty of scope and career progression opportunities.
As a Technical Service Supervisor TMEA(Turkey, Middle East and Africa), you will be responsible for supporting your own region within and fill a key strategic role within the organisation.
Principal Accountabilities
• Ensure the achievement of budget objectives assigned to the structure and cooperate in identifying new opportunities.
• Support and supervise the relationship and negotiations for major repairs of the structure identified x repair and distributor. As described in conjunction with the various Company department. Ensures the achievement of budget objectives assigned to the structure and cooperate in identifying new opportunities.
• Keep constantly monitored the performance of service provider in relation to targets identify, by highlighting the deviations and the reasons thereof, and develop and implement, agreed with the top position, drive and support the necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with maintenance standards of service centers identified to the distributors, with particular attention to issues related to response times distributor / customer, end forecast spare parts, service quality and quality technical organization identified to represent Covidien.
• Maintain a continuous and effective relationship with commercial structures, ensuring a climate of partnership and mutual cooperation aimed at customer satisfaction. Collaborate in the definition and development of joint business ventures in the area.
• Maintain regular contact with major corporate clients in order to verify the level of satisfaction among themselves, in a direct way to take any new requirements and propose alternative solutions.
• Collect, both personally and through the organizational structure of the distributor, market information useful reference to define / re-align corporate strategies with regard to technical assistance.
• To develop, both personally and through the structure dependent, business technical assistance through the ongoing analysis of training needs of customers in order to make more effective the local organization.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities of the workshops are conducted in full compliance with government regulations, company guidelines, both local and corporate.
• Organize and / or supervise the technical training on equipment turned to the staff of the distributor, of the hospital ( if required), and possibly in line with market requirements (technical analysis of failures, management and use of spare parts, electrical safety).
