SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR Job May 17th 2012, 09:50 • Must have 15 years experience in Pre-tendering and Post tendering works, preparing cost estimates, tender documents, bill of quantities, tender analysis etc. • Certifications in Quantity Surveying would be an added advantage. • Needs to be familiar with FIDIC, CESMM3, POMI and other Contract Management techniques. Candidates must have experience in working with leading consulting firms in Dubai and knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and excellent communication skill is a must.
