Project Engineer Job - Total Jordan May 16th 2012, 13:51 ACTIVITIES - Make sure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies of the Group are strictly followed by staff of the construction/contractors at all times. - Supervise, control and coordinate all activities within the construction/contractors scope. - Upgrade / revamp or build grass root fifteen stations in 2011 and forty five stations up to 2013. - Ensure all statutory tests and controls are conducted according to the Group standards and local legislations. - Issue work control procedures and carry out regular audits. - Contribute in risk and environmental assessments for all projects. - Make sure the department ISO procedures and forms are maintained - Achieve annual performance appraisal" HSEQ objectives assigned by the Safety committee and the Top management. - Other duties as assigned. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT - Permanent link with our contractors (engineering, construction). - Market quickly changing; privatization process on-going. - Globally low safety and environment consciousness in the country. ACCOUNT-ABILITIES - To effectively and efficiently monitor and control the company's project engineering functions for the business to achieve its targets. - Timely delivery of projects.
