CNC Machine Technician (Aluminium) Job - Specialized Contracting Co. May 27th 2012, 07:28 • Knowledgeable and capable in troubleshooting and working on Servo drives AC and DC • Ability to troubleshoot spindle drives AC and DC • Knowledgeable and capable in troubleshooting and working on CNC controls w/ hard-drives and flash memory. • Must be able to diagnose and repair or replace PLC systems and controls • Must be able to diagnose and repair machine mechanical systems including changing ballscrews, drives and drive motors, clutches and spindle bearings. • Knowledge in electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Must be able to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics • Tasks may include installing machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings • 4 years of experience working on CNC equipment • Two year technical degree desirable. • Depending on business circumstances, some schedule flexibility may be needed to support maintenance projects. • Proficient in MIG welding a plus • Must have demonstrated knowledge of fundamental mechanical fabrication skills. • Ability to operate forklift and scissor-lift (prior experience not required; company training will be provided) • Ability to read and use precision instruments, including micrometers, calipers, height gages, dial indicators, etc. • Good math. and communication skills Job Details Date Posted: 2012-05-27 Job Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Job Role: Engineering Company Industry: Manufacturing and Production Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs
