Management of all Unity business improvement global initiatives and projects. Responsible for the identifying improvement areas, business cases, procedures, KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), governance to support the business.
Key Requirements
It is essential that you have experience in this area and have the ability to drive major change programmes working with internal teams, business units and CIOs. Teamwork is essential to motivate and drive the projects through to successful comletion as well as managing resources, budgets, risks, delivery and timelines. -People and Line Management. -Preferably degree qualified. -Prince 2, PMP, project management equivalent and governance. -Business process re-engineering/ERP implementation for the commercial process. -Experience working in supply chain and or/finance preferred. -ITL and Service Management is essential. -Process focused, work flow and business analysis tools and methodologies given.
Job Description
You will be responsible for managing all Unity business improvement global initiatives and projects and will have the support of a business process analyst and internal team members to assist in achieving this goal. Your main responsibilities will be identifying improvement areas, putting forward business cases and building in process, procedures, KPI's and overall governance to support the business.
