PRIMARY DUTIESThe SASSI training manager ensures product knowledge and expertise by managing the SASSI training areaon company product as well as business management training in all areas of the business to all selectedimporters and company staff. The areas of responsibility for the SASSI training manager are Development of a SASSI training plan, short term and long term. Implementation of across the line Management Training programs (all management levels). Sales Skills Training. Product Launch Training and Product Orientation Training. Brand Training. Induction Training. Parts Training. Customer Service non-technical training for service advisors, service managers and warrantyadministrators. All internal in-house training for company staff. Change Management projects and HR support tools. Co-manage the Regional Training Centre. Budget planning and budget controlling of respective area of responsibility. Training invoicing. Management of SASSI Training KPI's and variable margin elements. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES1. Manage, monitor, review and implement training and development programmes for company's ME andimporters' staff that meet their current and forecasted business needs. 2. Make recommendations for the development of company's ME and importers' staff and improvement ofbusiness. 3. Identify, analyse and manage the SASSI training needs of importers, dealers and the company4. Establish training objectives that would facilitate the planning and implementation of trainingprogrammes across the company's Middle East region. 5. Manage, develop and implement the following programmes for importers and dealers Sales and Marketing training After-sales non-technical training (parts, warranty, service advisory, etc.) Certification system program management Product training Skills and behaviour training Management development training Company's induction training Management of the company's Academy LMS (SASSI) Mystery shopping Recruitment support (in cooperation with Regional Operations Manager) Personal coaching6. Develop and adapt the training material to regional requirements to the extent possible. 7. Discuss proposed training programmes with the After Sales Director, Regional OperationsDirector, Marketing Director and Finance and Administration Director to get feedback on theappropriateness of programmes. 8. Incorporate theoretical and practical lessons in training programmes. Research and whereappropriate, use web-based training to enhance the programme sessions. Encourage self-studyamong participants and include topics that promote the same. 9.Assure all training programs are conducted in-line with the training standards. 10. Reinforce the brand values and company's ME goals and objectives at the training programmes. 11. Assist in determining participants' future training needs through an analysis of their personalhistory, work performance and test results. 12. Plan, schedule and conduct regional training incentive schemes for participants. 13. Plan SASSI training activities on a 6 months basis. 14. Manage the use of the online New company's AcademyAfter Sales Manual and become familiarwith related online training tools. 15. Ensure a high standard of quality trainers and implementation partners. 16. Encourage importers to participate in training in order to support the BrandAmbassador vision. 17 Update company's Academy Learning Management System. 18 Continuous improvement of course material and content to meet changing market demandsand new technologies. 19. Identify importer training needs and develop courses to meet these needs. 20. Ensure all dealer staff is enrolled in the New company's Academy LMS and are assigned to alearning path. 21. Encourage staff to follow-up on training certification with importers. 22. Evaluate and recommend new initiatives for the cost-effective Management of training.
