PROPOSALS ENGINEER (Subsea) Job - Huxley Associates Apr 3rd 2012, 07:55 LOCATION: Sharjah PACKAGE: AED 40K - 45K pm package all in OVERVIEW: Proposals Engineer with experience of tendering chartering work for onboard and support vessel operations. Should have experience of sub-sea tenders, dive and marine systems. Should have a Degree and strong commercial experience. ROLE: -Tender compilation, distribution and approval. -Perform initial review and summary of received ITT Packages and Charter Requests and compilation of bid / no-bid review documentation. -Preparation, completion and ownership of assigned tenders, adhering to the Tendering Process and producing supporting documentation -Arrange and run tender review cycle meetings and presentations to management. -Preparation of tender / charter cost estimates. -Completion of client specified tender deliverables and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. -Assist in Preparation of Tender Board Approval documentation.
