PROJECT MANAGER (Subsea/Vessels) Job - Huxley Associates Apr 3rd 2012, 07:55 LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE PACKAGE: AED 40-45K pm all in OVERVIEW: Project Manager with experience in subsea/vessels/dive systems required. Should have strong educational background in Engineering. Required to have proven experience of tracking progress of projects on a budget. Will be asked to bring a project forecast to interview and be able to talk through it. ROLE: -Responsible for developing project execution strategy and execution plan. -Overall responsibility for production of robust technical solution for proposal. -Responsibility for ensuring technical and cost input to proposal is coordinated with Commercial department. -Participates in negotiations with client and incorporating all changes into final proposal/handover to execution. -Ensure robustness of costs with Commercial Manager. -Overall responsibility for delivery of project schedule. -Supervision of operational and engineering input to proposal. -Review and approval of all engineering and operational input to proposal. -Responsible for final technical qualification list and input into commercial qualification list. -Arrange hazops and hazids as required and input into tender risk register.
