Estimation engineer Job - شركة الطور الحديثة للصناعات المعدنية المحدودة Apr 8th 2012, 12:31 • Prepare Cost Estimates. • Look after all commercial aspects of Project Planning, Estimation and Cost Management consisting of Tender Preparation, Risk Analysis, Quantity Survey of Construction projects, Client Monthly Progress Invoices, Earned Value Management, Cost Reports, Cash Flows, Forecasts, Variations, Claims, revision analysis and interpretation of all contract agreements with clients, suppliers, consultants and contractors. • Making Cost comparison in case of multiple offers to select technically and commercially suitable proposals. • Application of Value Engineering to arrive the maximum cost saving without affecting the technical aspects of the Project requirements. • Preparation of the Final Tender's Technical and Financial Proposals.
