Site Engineer (GRC - Precast) Job - Arabian Tile Company Limted - ARTIC Mar 30th 2012, 20:55  Must have knowledge in related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards.  Capable of planning and supervising the site works in conformity with all contract documents, based on quality and safety precautions, required by project.  Reviewing and Checking Project Shop Drawings, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Contract Conditions for GRC Architectural works and assign responsibilities/job description to the site foreman, with all the regulatory requirements.  Responsible for all operations on project site from the commencing date up to ensure that the project is completed on time maintaining all the standards and manage budget of the project.  To test all the delivered materials at site to ensure, it is in accordance with the contract specifications and relevant project standards; reject and ensure of removal and replacement of non compliant materials.  Perform regular inspections at the site to ensure that safety standards are being maintained, as per the requirements of clients.  Plan and coordinate with site supervisors to fulfill their requirements and complete duties properly with respect to the day to day supervision of site project works.  Preparation of project progress reports and controlling the materials, equipment, loose fixings, tools requirements and follow up with site workers.  Responsible for preparation and issuance of Handing/Taking Over and Final Completion Certificates for the project works.
