Our client is a leading UAE Developer. They currently seek a Community Management Coordinator for their Community Management division. Community Coordinator will responsible for providing feedback on issues /concerns to the Community Management team. The Community Coordinator will report directly to the Community Supervisor.
· Ensures the overall wellbeing of the community
· Ensures capital equipment is maintained
· Reviews cleaning schedules
· Recommends improvements and cost saving strategies.
· Ensures the common areas are maintained
· Reviews and ensures service levels are met
· Provides periodic updates to Management.
· Ensures regular communication is in place for the community
· Attends community management meetings when required.
· Ensures high level customer service.
· Investigates and resolves issues raised by the Community Management
· Presents reports as applicable.
