Process Engineer Job May 14th 2012, 09:50 JOB PURPOSE Implement and Maintain procedures and processes to achieve efficient manufacturing operations ensuring product conformance. MAIN PERFORMANCE AREAS • Study, solve and report day-to-day problems related to Machine, Material and Processes to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. • Implement and Maintain 5S activities in manufacturing area to achieve clean and safe work environment. • Assist Manufacturing Engineers in product and raw material trials and issuing work instructions in accordance with the company's Quality Management System to increase product range and/or enhance product quality. • To implement and maintain SPC tools in manufacturing processes as part of the company's continuous improvement projects. • Identify, execute, implement and maintain improvement projects using Six Sigma methodology as part of the company's continuous improvement drive. • Identify and correct latent process related problems to ensure continuity in production.
