- Distribution of equipment and workers as per his daily work program after ensuring the adequacy of preparation for the tasks assigned to them. Also, must inform the project manager for any emergency needs.
- Ensure that the work program is implemented as per the correct methods and project management instructions. Also must report any emergency violations to deal with them directly.
- Follow up the movement of equipments and workers in the site and prepare reports about their production for the project manager.
- Contact with the survey section in the site to specify the readiness of the site for survey test.
- Inform the project manager by the dates of the work completion and request the laboratory to make the tests and can be represented by the project manager.
- To ensure the adequacy of the materials that will serve the project for one week at least with the project manager in the daily work program.
- Follow up the movement of the different equipments (Dump Trucks, Heavy Equipments etc.) and report the workshop and transportation department about any equipment needs maintenance and have the authority to repair the simple and immediate malfunction.
- Ensure that the materials which supplied for the site identical to the required specifications.
