Key Tasks & Duties:
• Provide civil and related support to other ZAPIA operational Departments
• Supervises technical inspections and assessment to develop, plan and execute works across the site.
• Prepare detailed calculations, analyses and scalable plans to report and /or manage civil related works across the site.
• Competent to analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical data to plan projects and provide related information to AWPR teams
• Prepare comprehensive work plans to include but not limited to :- Working drawings, RFP of quantities, Cost Estimates, Microsoft Project Plans, RFP- Scope of Services etc.
• Inspect site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and or safety standards and any other AWPR requirements.
• Competent to analyse Technical reports including, soil, concrete, vibration, calibration, and related testing and commissioning activities carried out across the Site.
• Develop and implement PPM programme as a result of the asset inventory, maintenance contracts and legislative requirements.
• Develop the database for the planned maintenance regime by including all sites information, contractors contracts, health and safety information databases.
• Provide supervision to all general labourers and outsourced service provider staff assigned to each task.
• Review and approve all installation and maintenance/work records detailing all activities carried out on site to include but not limited to drawings, O&Ms, Reports, Task sheets, Completion certificates, Accident and Incident Reports etc.
• Manages and reports and maintain Civil and related cost data for sites including maintenance, technical data, contract costs, compliance costs etc. against established benchmarks.
• Prepare and complete performance appraisals of all service provider services to meet AWPR core business needs.
• Ensure AWPR environment and sustainability objectives are met within the designated areas through the delivery and management of facilities management services.
• Ensure organisational QA/QC and health and safety procedures are followed site wide and for each project.
• Prepare various technical and general reports for FM Manager
