Our client is a leading engineering multinational responsible for one of the largest energy infrastructure projects in Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for a multitude of engineering, technical, financial and legal experts with energy-related engineering and construction background.
SENIOR PROJECT FINANCE MANAGER
based in Austria
Objective:
Handle the export credit agency application and approval processes.
Steer and optimize export credit agency project due diligence.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
Coordinate any commercial banks and advisors working alongside the export credit agencies.
Support the selection of export credit agency arranger banks and advisors.
Coordinate the export credit agency interfaces between Finance, Procurement and Technical Departments.
Coordinate the relations and negotiations with major export credit agencies in particular various institutions in Western Europe, USA and Japan.
Cooperate with relevant Finance Department team members and external financial advisor and contribute to the development of an overall project finance structure.
