MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years experience of senior level business development/sales management experience in the industrial/engineering sector. Proven track record of managing experienced sales team. Demonstrated experience in building new business and / or extending services into new markets by building strong client relationships. Strategic mindset, self starter attitude and collaborative approach to problem solving for win / win solutions with peer team members, management and customers. Excellent written and verbal skills with ability to negotiate at the most senior levels Spanish a plus. Job Description Reporting to the Vice President, North America Industrial Services you will: Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for a division of 500 employees. Manage 3 direct reports of business verticals including: Asset Integrity Management - AIM , Chain Supply and Testing/Inspection to increase market share, improve market penetration and meet aggressive targets. Develop policies, implements systems (CRM) and reporting structure. Take an active role in the acquisition process by recommending potential targets and involvement in negotiations. Follow the technical and commercial developments within the industry and make recommendations accordingly. Coordinate and cross sell with other North American divisional sales and business development leaders. Review and or prepare all major contracts. Apply for this oil and gas job
