Job Purpose:
- To physically execute all maintenance related works across all locations and at customer end as per instructions
Detailed Description:
- LPG filling machines, Scales, Conveyor systems.
- LPG pumps, LPG compressors, Air compressors, Odorizing Units, LPG online and Offline equipments.
- Paint Boot and Hydro test equipments.
- Mobile Pressure Vessels and delivery systems consisting of Hydraulic Power packs, Motors and LPG pumps. Content gauges etc.
- Stationary pressure vessels,
- Fire fighting systems consisting of different types of valves, Monitors, Deluge Valves, Pressure Gauges, Fire alarm systems etc.
- Fittings on LPG systems like Content Gauges, Pressure relieving Devices, Thermal safety Valves etc.
- Calibrations of pressure gauges, pressure switches & Mass flow meters of tankers & loading bays.
- Purging, degassing, commissioning, de-commissioning of tanks and tankers.
- Carry out installation & commissioning of new equipments.
- Testing of LPG hoses, Safety Relief Valves etc.
- Buildings Lighting, Plumbing, AC etc.
- Remote Tank Gauging systems.
- Any other maintenance related activity that may arise
- Maintains daily log & all maintenance related documents as per IMS record.
Job Requirement:
- High School Graduates (10/12 Standard pass) with a recognised Vocational / Technical / National Certificate Level III/IV qualification (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/AC Mechanic) from a recognized institute and min 6 to 7 years hands on experience in and LPG industry/Plant
- Should have LPG Product knowledge
- Should be conversant with usage of mechanical, electrical tools, appliances/gadgets generally used in the industry, with hands on experience in equipment maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Safety and related procedures.
- Good communication skills are essential combined with the ability to read and understand work instructions in English and prepare documents and maintain records.
- Knowledge of other languages: Arabic/Urdu/Malayalam will be advantageous.
- Should be physically fit and healthy, to do manually intensive field jobs, with no known medical conditions.
