Key Tasks & Duties:
• To collate all project and existing site data not limited to and including, drawings, contracts for analysis of FM requirements
• To assist in finalisation of all Facilities Management Scope, Evaluation tools and reports as part of a wider tender process
• Assist in the preparation of various Facilities Management documentation to guide controls, system and policy for the delivery of Facilities Management to the business
• Review and provide input for Service Provider Agreements to ensure that all service requirements are incorporated and appropriate enforcement mechanisms put in place.
• Complete and maintain a schedule for performance monitoring of services and system across the FM Department. To ensure that all contractual obligations are met by all parties involved.
• Prepare and issue various reports not limited to but including monthly performance reports for all services including,FM Helpdesk reports, PPMs, expenditure, energy and utilities consumption, accident /incident, health and safety.
