FACILITIES MANAGEMENT - SINGAPORE
My client is an established FM business with multiple operations across the globe.
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a confident, ambitious and focused individual to join the Operations team in Singapore - experience of the local market is ESSENTIAL. This is a critical role which requires a self-assured 'people person' to develop clients relationships and implement company strategy across the business.
You will be responsible for client retention and growth within the business - excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
They expect that you will have an operations background with experience of dealing with complex commercial organisations. Although you will be involved in identifying possible sites for new opportunities, your primary focus will be to develop business within existing clients and delivering operational excellence at all times.
The following criteria are essential for this role:
• Experience of working in Singapore
• Facilities Management / outsourced service experience
• Operations experience within a similar commercial environment
• Proven man manager - ideally with remote management experience
