1- Review of shop drawings related to his discipline and ensures its compliance with designs, contract requirement and properly coordinated with other discipline.
2- Review of materials related to his discipline and ensures its compliance contract requirement.
3- Ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good practice and only approved materials are used.
4- Review all Contractor submittals related to his discipline addressing Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objective.
5- Closely monitoring site inspectors/engineers performance.
6- Make sure that site activities are properly monitored and all quality records are established and maintained.
7- Make sure that all site inspections are carried out as per intervention points marked in the approved Inspection and Test Plan.
8- Review all of the projects electrical design drawings and related documents.
9- Provide recommendation on the proposed design to produce adequate and state of the art projects.
10- Should have knowledge of latest trends in Automated/Smart Building system.
11- Review electrical design & construction drawings and suppliers documents.
12- Coordinate, follow up with tenant ICT services provided for the project and coordinate to have all
these services made available to the tenants.
13- Review tenant's submitted Electrical designs and ICT Services/ follow up and coordinate with
tenants' during the fit out stage.
