Plant Manager Job - MM Sons Mar 27th 2012, 14:50 Responsible for plant operation and maintenance. Establish plant policies and procedures. Responsible for plant production goals. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. 1. Engineering Bachelor degree from reputable university, MBA is a plus. 2. Up to 10 years of relevant experience in packing manufacturing field out of which 5 years with proven track as a plant manager 3. Very good command of English language and good computer skills 4. Very good in communication and presentation skills, Dynamic, Result -oriented and possessing excellent leadership and management skills 5.
