1. As Site Construction Manager you will be Responsible for achieving the highest quality, most economical and safest execution within the assigned budget.
2. You will lead a team of carpentry and construction Technicians, superintendents, craft labor, and/or other support personnel to assure that the completed job meets the requirements of the specifications and schedule. In particular. Also coordinate between his teams and the design head to clarify any missing data.
3. Delineate all jobs on site to field personnel so that they are aware of all material and labor specifications to ensure proper installation, construction and startup
4. Interface with Sourcing & suppliers on warranty items. Collect materials when needed for approvals.
5. Conduct weekly meetings with all in-house teams and/or subcontractors to facilitate their tasks and remove any obstacles and immediately inform the management with major issues.
6. Prepare and review a detailed time schedules, work Interface issues and formulate action plans with coordination with management.
7. Check progress and quality constantly to allow immediate correction of any problems for client approvals.
8. Communicate with upper management with monthly (detailed) reports or as per request.
9. Provide Construction expertise on any construction or subcontractor related issues as required
10. Handle the maintenance task and assign proper team member(s) to reveal the problem and provide a report with fixation costs.
11. May be assigned purchasing some materials.
