INTEGRITY AND CORROSION MANAGER - RUSSIA (#761944248) Jul 2nd 2012, 07:00 Posted: 02 July 2012 at 07:00   Expires: 30 July 2012 at 07:00 Posted In: Engineering > Corrosion Location: Russia > Moscow Job Description INTEGRITY AND CORROSION MANAGER - RUSSIA Position: Integrity and Corrosion Manager Industry: Oil and Gas Location: Russia Salary: Highly competitive Pre-requisite 1: Experience abroad or on international projects Pre-requisite 2:Russia and CIS Experience My client, is a leading International operator, which currently is looking for an Integrity and Corrosion Manager with a minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry in the areas of corrosion, metallurgical and coating problems, failure analysis and materials selection. Successful candidates will be offered a very good social package, excellent salary as well as carrier progression opportunities. Responsibilities and duties: - Organise and lead a working group in Integrity and Reliability - Supervise FEED Contractors for all field instrument activities - Deal with all the metallurgical, corrosion, welding, coating and painting problems associated with materials selection - Specification preparation and interpretation - Evaluation of metallurgical and mechanical test data - Establishment of quality control requirements - Review, analyse and approve technical documents prepared by contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers in order to ensure compliance to all technical requirements affecting the discipline - Develop specifications for designing new equipment and maintenance of the existing equipment, taking into account chemical composition of fluids and environmental conditions of the fields - Initiation and participation in HAZAN/HAZID/HAZOP/Design Reviews as an expert in operational reliability - Participate to the technical evaluation of the proposals for critical equipment and main contracts. Qualifications Skills and Experience: -10+ years total experience in design/ design review - Extensive experience in Oil and Gas design - Knowledge of International Engineering codes and standards - Fluency in English - International and Russia/CIS experience This position offers a great opportunity to work with a market leader and is URGENT so please apply ASAP if you are interested in the role.
