Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Reports directly to Project Manager, receives approved construction drawings & specifications, project quality plan, work procedures, inspection test plan and project schedule, preparation of civil construction method of statement guidelines for on going projects.
2.Perform scheduling, assigning, overseeing and evaluating the construction implementation of works to subordinate workers/labor force, equipment and materials required for the projects.
3.Forecasts and prepares project study for manpower/labor force, equipment and materials required for the projects.
4.Provides the Project manager/Management with accurate timely reports and progress of works in the project
5.During construction phase-main responsibilities are implementation, monitoring and close supervision of construction works, quality control of construction materials and its installation as per approved plans and specifications.
6.Perform duties in the preparation of bill of materials, man hour for direct manpower and indirect manpower, material submittals for client approval.
7.Resolves problems that may arise in the implementation/construction stage of the project.
8.Coordinate with other discipline involve in the project for project execution plan, materials and equipment requirement and design revision.
9.Report reimbursable work carried out like re-works and its reason with duly concurrence by the client.
10.Assess usage of materials in more productive ways and efficient control.
