ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER - MALAYSIA My client provides a range of technical services to the Oil & Gas industry. Their areas of expertise include offshore Construction & Engineering, operations management and maintenance services. With an international presence they are a market leader in their sector and they are currently working on a number or large scale, prestigious projects. For their office in Kuala Lumpur my client currently requires an E&I Engineer to join their expanding team. The focus of the role is to provide support for the planning and execution of planned and corrective maintenance work. Main responsibilities will include: * Managing / Supporting day to day maintenance for offshore control systems * Managing vendor activities * Designing, developing, installing and testing E&I systems * Ensuring the reliability, integrity and availability of E&I systems For this role my client is looking for a candidate that has a minimum of 10 years experience in an E&I role. Candidates should also have a relevant degree to back up their practical experience. Other important requirements for this role include a familiarity with the appropriate legislation, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. The successful candidate for this role will be employed on a 2 year direct hire basis and you will be based in the companies' KL office.
