Job Description

OPERATIONS MANAGER - RUSSIA My client, a leading operator, is currently looking for an Operations Manager with 10 and over years of relevant experience. Successful candidates will be offered a competitive package and excellent carrier progression opportunities. Responsibilities and duties - Manage Operations Team - Participate in continuous improvement programmes in the search for operations excellence - Liaise with other production facilities - Supervise the lab activities; - Verify compliance with the operating procedures and Russian legislation - Continuous improvement of operations performance to ensure achievement of low cost and high reliability targets; - Take immediate measures towards elimination of equipment failures and assist with the diagnosis and resolution of maintenance or operational problems; - Meet the succession needs of the operations organization by establishing succession plans and developing operations staff - Act as a mentor.
